George Washington - 8-1 to land Classic.

one european winner favourite

Coral have opened betting on the number of European trained winners at the forthcoming Breeders Cup meeting and make one winner the 11-10 favourite.

Two winners is second favourite at 5-2 while the prospect of a disappointing Breeders Cup whitewash for Europe is rated just 3-1 by Coral.

"Only once in the last ten years has Europe failed to win a Breeders Cup race but for once the home team appear to have strong contenders in all the turf races and the European raiding party lacks its usual strength and depth", said Simon Clare, Coral Spokesman.

George Washington remains 8-1 for the Classic after connections confirmed that the 2000 Guineas winner would run on dirt in two weeks time, while Coral installed Ivan Denisovich at 33-1 for the Mile after it was confirmed that he would join his stablemates, Aussie Rules and Ad Valorem in a three pronged assault on that race.
