nov 1 - teuflesberg timed

Teuflesberg - Churchill Downs clockers caught 50-1 Teuflesberg working 3f in 38 4/5 over a rain-soaked course with trainer Jamie Sanders in the irons on Wednesday morning. But the move was not planned, said assistant trainer Donnie Kelly.

"Because the track wasn't good, we decided to do a two-minute lick [for a mile] instead of working, but he was getting a little strong. They ended up timing him.

"We put the blinkers on him and he knew it was time to work, and he wanted to go so bad, and she was trying to hold him so he was like jumping. He was getting mad because she wouldn't let him go.

"Everything worked out for him for the best because that was like a two-minute lick for him anyway. He has such a nice easy stride you think you're going slower. Thirty-eight and four is like a two-minute lick and he went at least a mile and a quarter before we picked him up with the pony."

Street Sense - Trainer Carl Nafzger said Street Sense will work 4f on Thursday morning.

"It'll be very light," Nafzger said on Wednesday.

Her Majesty - With jockey Julien Leparoux up, Her Majesty worked 4f on the Polytrack at Keeneland on Wednesday. There were no official clockers on duty, but trainer Patrick Biancone said the move was in 47.

"It was very good," Biancone said.

"We're finished," he added, referring to the fact that all four of his Breeders' Cup distaffers - the others are Mile favorite Gorella, Asi Siempre in the Distaff and Mauralakana in the Filly & Mare Turf -- have completed their serious work for Saturday's championships.

Her Majesty will jog on Thursday and her three stablemates will gallop. Biancone said he will ship them to Churchill Downs on Thursday afternoon.
